Following a 5 year hiatus from coaching, I'm happy to announce that I'm ready to accept applications for coaching clients.
Coaching has always been something I enjoy, I enjoy the process and the relationship I build with my athletes.
Stepping away from coaching came about because of the desire to continue to chase my own goals.
I'm now at a point in my career where I'm ready to give back again.

Who am I

I've been a professional mountain biker for over 10 years and a qualified cycling coach. During this time I've excelled in the ultra endurance format of MTB, namely 24 hour solo mountain bike.  My accomplishments have come about through hard work, structured training and a strong mental approach.

My approach is somewhat unique, in that I need to understand what makes you tick before we start working on your goals and creating the best you there can be. Before a can create your cycling training program, we need to find the path that best suites you and your goals.
Whilst we will discuss "data" from time to time, we will more so discuss your metal attitude, your approach to skills and efficiency and your ability to commit to an achievable training plan and to get the most out of what YOU have.

3 x Australian 24 hour Solo female elite champion (2009, 2010 & 2015)

So, if you really want to achieve your goals and have someone in your corner who's "been there and done that", then let's see if we can work together. I wasn't born an athlete, rather I've worked hard for any success that I've had as an athlete, you too can have this.

I'm keen to work with people who are serious about their commitment and ready to explore new possibilities to discover,
what you are really made of.

I will only be taking on clients who are really committed to working hard to achieve their goals.
You will be required to agree to a 6 month plan as a minimum.

Whilst I'm a mountain biker at heart, I also race, ride & train on the road regularly, so I'm happy to take on non mountain bike specific clients.
