Finally off to Canada tomorrow morning.
Thank you to all who have made this possible...to participate and really "have a crack" at the World Solo Champs.
I can promise you all this - I will do my very best, and will go through as much pain and suffering that I can handle.
There is a quote I like to think about when I dont think I can go on anymore:
"Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go."
You just never know your limits unless you test them and this is what going to the World Championships is all about for me. Oh and a win would be nice if it should eventuate due to my race plan...non committal I know but a 24hr race is never over until the 24hrs is up...and thats a long time to race, so you have to keep calm and smart.
I will be keeping this website updated whilst I am gone and also keeping my Twitter page up to date with info.
Talk soon, off to enjoy some pasta and a glass of wine.
